Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove".
Remove the refrigerant condenser. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (1) and the washers from the radiator.

Remove 14 bolts (2) and the washers from upper plate (3) .
Remove upper plate (3), the plate, and the baffle that is located behind upper plate (3) .

Remove the nuts, the washers, and bolts (4) from two brackets (5). The bolts are removed through the front of the radiator.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the hand rails of the radiator shroud.
Position the radiator shroud on the floor with the front face of the radiator shroud in the downward direction. Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove radiator core (6) from the shroud. Attach the suitable lifting device in a manner that will balance radiator core (6). The weight of radiator core (6) is approximately 64 kg (141 lb).Installation Procedure
Note: Verify that all of the components of the radiator core are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.Note: Check all of the components for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Attach a suitable lifting device to radiator core (6). Attach the suitable lifting device in a manner that will balance radiator core (6) .
Position radiator core (6) into the radiator shroud. The weight of radiator core (6) is approximately 64 kg (141 lb).
Attach a suitable lifting device to the hand rails of the radiator shroud.
Carefully lift the radiator shroud and radiator core (6) to an upright position.

Install bolts (4), the washers, and the nuts into two brackets (5) in order to mount the top of the radiator core to the shroud. The bolts are installed through the front of the radiator.

Position upper plate (3), the plate, and the baffle to the radiator.
Install 14 bolts (2) and the washers to upper plate (3) that secure upper plate (3) and the plate to the radiator shroud.

Install bolts (1) and the washers into the radiator that secure the bottom of the radiator core to the shroud.End By:
Install the refrigerant condenser. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install ".
Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Install".
