Note: Lubricate the bore of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
1 20 8T-0100 Bolt Torque to 30 4 N m (266 35 lb in).
2 Use the following guidelines in order to the strap the transmission harness assembly to the transmission:
1 352-1478 Transmission Harness As Do not allow wires that are not braided to rub on other parts.
Do not pull the connector wires tightly.
3 Use the following procedure to assemble the elbow assemblies:
4 165-4931 Elbow As 1. Remove the nipple assembly from the modulating valve group.
2. Position the elbow assembly to the specified angle of 45 degrees. Refer Illustration 1. Tighten the elbow assembly in the modulating valve group to a torque of 14 4 N m (124 35 lb in).
3. Reinstall the nipple assembly to the elbow assembly and tighten to a torque of 14 4 N m (124 35 lb in).
4 1 6V-5215 Bolt Torque to 30 4 N m (266 35 lb in).
5 1 238-0112 Temperature Sensor Gp Torque to 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).
6 1 356-0841 Pressure Switch Torque to 60 6 N m (44 4 lb ft).
7 2 5P-8347 Bolt Torque to 30 4 N m (266 35 lb in).
8 Use the following installation procedure to properly seat the solenoid valve group in the cavity:
1 350-1107 Solenoid Valve Gp 1. Place the solenoid valve group in the cavity.
2. Install the bracket.
3. Torque to 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).
