Place base (13) on throttle assembly (14) and install the bolts.
Install the screws and mixer housing (12) on base (13).

Install shaft (11). Install stop assembly (9) and tighten the set screw.
Install lever (8) and tighten the bolt.
Install disc (10) and the setscrews on shaft (11).

Install air valve assembly (3), spring (4), cover (5), and the screws.
