(4) Track alignment group. Track must be free to rotate when conducting track alignment procedures. Machine must be lifted and placed on jack stands with the tracks off the floor.Use the following procedures to adjust the track alignment:a. Loosen jam nut (15) and jam nut (17).b. Adjust screw jack (16) at one quarter turn intervals until track moves to outboard side.c. Adjust screw jack (16) in the opposite direction while counting the number of turns until track moves to inboard side. Divide the number of turns by two to determine center of track.d. Adjust screwjack to center of track.e. Tighten jam nut (15) and jam nut (17).
