Lower the temperature of upper bearing cup (21) and lower bearing cup (22). Install upper bearing cup (21) and lower bearing cup (22) by using Tooling (B) .

Raise the temperature of bearing cone (19). Install bearing cone (19) by using Tooling (B). Install seal assembly (20) onto pin assembly (15). Repeat for the other pin assembly.

Apply Tooling (C) to the surface of pin assemblies (15) and (17). Install shims (16) and pin assembly (15). Install bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 300 N m (220 lb ft). Install pin assembly (17) and bolts (18). Tighten bolts (18) to a torque of 300 N m (220 lb ft).

Install bearing cone (13) .

Lower the temperature of bearing cup (12). Install bearing cup (12) by using Tooling (B) .

Lower the temperature of bearing cup (11). Use Tooling (B) in order to install bearing cup (11) and install seal (10) .

Apply 0.25 kg (0.551 lb) of Tooling (D) to the inside of hub (8). Install bearing cone (8) and hub (9) .

Install thrust washer (7) and install bolts (6) .

Install cap (4) and install plug (3) .

Connect tie rod (2) and install nut (1) .End By: Install the front tires. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Front) - Remove and Install".
