  Information:
 start by:a) remove blade lift cylinders 1. Remove bolts (8) and the lock from the blade lift arm. Remove pin (6) that holds the blade lift arm to blade lift bar (7). Remove the washers from between the lift arm and lift bar (7)2. Fasten a hoist to blade lift arm (5). Remove bolts (2) and the lock. Remove bolt (3) and plate (1) from the pin. Remove the pin that holds the lift arm to the frame. Remove washers (4).3. Remove blade lift arm (5). Weight is 360 lb. (163 kg). 4. Remove seals (9) and bearings (10) from the frame with tooling (A). 5. Remove bolts (12) and retainer (13). Remove the seal from the retainer. Remove the washers and the shims from under the retainer. Push yoke (11) out of the lift arm enough to fasten a hoist to it. Remove yoke (11). Weight is 66 lb. (30 kg). Remove the washers and the seal from the yoke. 6. Remove two bearings (14) from the lift arm by putting a saw cut down the length of each bearing. Be careful not to cause damage to the inside surface of the lift arm.Install Blade Lift Arms
1. Install the small bearing in blade lift arm (1) with tooling (A). Install large bearing (2) in the lift arm with tooling (C). Install the bearings so they are even with their respective outer shoulders.
Tooling (A) and tooling (C) must be used when installing the bearings to prevent causing damage.
2. Install new seal (5) on yoke (3) with tooling (B). Install washers (7) on the yoke. Fasten a hoist to yoke (3). Put it in position in the lift arm.3. Install a new seal on retainer (6) with tooling (B). Put shims (8), washers (4) and retainer in position on the lift arm. Install the bolts that hold the retainer to the yoke. Shims (8) must be used to get .01 in. (.25 mm) maximum end clearance of the yoke. The yoke must rotate freely in the lift arm. 4. Install new bearings in the frame with tooling (A). Install the bearings to a depth of .38 in. (9.7 mm).
Tooling (A) must be used when installing the bearings to prevent causing damage.
5. Install new seals (9) in the frame with tooling (D). Install with the lip of the seals toward the outside and even with the outside surface. 6. Fasten a hoist to blade lift arm (1). Put it in position on the frame. Put the washers in position between the lift arm and the frame. Install the pin that holds the lift arm to the frame. Make sure the groove in
