Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Use Tooling (A) to install seal (13) in the hydraulic motor.

Slide spacer (11) against seal (13). Place retaining ring (12) over the shaft. Use Tooling (B) to install the retaining ring.

Inspect the O-ring seal for elbow (10). Check the O-ring seal for wear or for damage. Replace the O-ring seal, if necessary. Install elbow (10) and the O-ring seal. Install hose assembly (9) .

Inspect O-ring seal (4) for wear or for damage. Replace the O-ring seal, if necessary. Install adapter (5) and the O-ring seal.
Inspect O-ring seal (6) for wear or for damage. Replace the O-ring seal, if necessary. Install cap (7) and the O-ring seal.
If setscrew (2) was removed during disassembly, apply a thin coating of 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the setscrew. Install setscrew (2) so that 6.4 mm (0.25 inch) to 9.7 mm (0.38 inch) of the setscrew remains out of the hydraulic motor housing.
Inspect O-ring seal (8) for wear or for damage. Replace the O-ring seal, if necessary. Install the O-ring seal and install hydraulic motor (3). Secure hydraulic motor (3) to the winch with four bolts (1) .End By: Install the valve assembly and the manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Vavle Assembly - Install".
