Install Tooling (B) to the top of the radiator core, as shown. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chain.
Use a hoist to carefully remove radiator core (3). The weight of a radiator core is 27 kg (60 lb).

Remove rubber seal (9) from the lower radiator tank for each radiator core that is removed.Installation Procedure

Note: Replace rubber seals (9). The rubber seals are used in order to install the radiator core. Replace the rubber seal with new parts for replacement.
Apply liquid soap to rubber seals (9) .
Install rubber seal (9) on the lower radiator tank for each radiator core that is installed.

Install Tooling (B) to the top of the radiator core, as shown. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chain.
Use a hoist to carefully install radiator core (3). The weight of a radiator core is 27 kg (60 lb).

Install two bolts (8) on each radiator core (3) that is being installed.

Install the rubber spacer, retainer (7) and two bolts (6) for each of the radiator cores that is being installed.

Connect hoses (5) to radiator core (3). Tighten hose clamps (4) .

Use a hoist to install radiator access cover (1). The weight of the radiator access cover is 79 kg (175 lb).
Install four bolts (2) that hold radiator access cover (1) to the radiator guard.
Remove the hoist, suitable lifting chains and Tooling (A) .
Fill the cooling system for the radiator core that was being serviced. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct procedure.,, End By: Install the hydraulic oil cooler.
