Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Push the release button (1) in order to swing the rear fender assembly to the open position.

Place wood block (2) between the rear axle housing and the frame. Repeat this step on the opposite side of the machine. This will prevent the rear axle housing from oscillating.

Position Tooling (A) under the rear loader frame, as shown.
Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the rear of the machine so that the rear tires are off the ground.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to the tire, as shown. Remove 20 bolts (3) and the washers.
Use the hoist in order to remove the tire and the rim. The combined weight of the tire and of the rim is 680 kg (1500 lb).Installation Procedure

Use a suitable hoist and lifting slings in order to position the tire and the rim, as shown. The combined weight of the tire and of the rim is 680 kg (1500 lb).
Install 20 bolts (3) and the washers. The initial torque for bolts (3) is 570 80 N m (420 60 lb ft). Then turn bolts (3) by an additional 60 5 degrees.
Lower the machine. Remove Tooling (A) .

Remove wood blocks (2) from both sides of the machine.

Swing the rear fender assembly to the closed position.Note: The release button (1) must fully engage to the lock position.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
