You are now ready to install the MMU Cabinet riser assemblies.MMU Cabinet Riser Assembly
The MMU risers require some assembly and adjustment. The adjustment allows you to fit the wireway where height adjustment for leveling the wireway is necessary.

Remove the MMU cable entry plate from the top of the MMU Cabinet.
Assemble MMU wireway riser as shown in the following diagram.
Bolt the two lower halves of the MMU riser into position on the MMU cabinet top.
Adjust height and horizontal location to allow the wireway to set flush and level on top of MMU riser. Refer to Illustration 4.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 for each MMU installed in the system.

There is one wireway support bracket per MMU. You need no additional hardware to attach the bracket to the MMU cabinet.
Loosen skin screws (but do not remove) at either side of the plenum found at the top of the cabinet.
Insert wireway support bracket between side skin screw head and plenum.
Leave the screws loose enough to adjust the wireway support bracket height as required to help support wireway, then secure.

Assemble the wireway box starting with the system cabinet.
Place the wireway box onto the system cabinet risers and support brackets.
Mount wireway box onto the cabinet risers with supplied hardware.
Adjust using the slotted holes to alter alignment and height until riser, support brackets, and wireway box are square and as level as possible.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each MMU installed in the system.Standard Configuration Wireway Control Wiring Duct and Edge Guard Installation
Install the control wiring duct after the risers and wireway box are installed and secured to the system cabinet and MMU cabinets.
Install edge guard on the upper part of the wireways vertical flanges. Refer to Illustration 8.

Install control wiring duct to wiring duct bracket.
Attach bracket and duct with barbed fasteners. Refer to Illustration 9.
