Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the operator console. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, Operator Console - Remove and Install.

Remove four screws (1), the four washers, and display (2).

Disconnect four connectors (3) from the back of display (2).

Remove 20 screws (5), the 20 lock washers, and the 20 washers. Separate housing group (4).

Disconnect harness assemblies (6).

Remove the two screws and toggle switches (7).

Disconnect connectors (8) and (11). Remove nuts (9) and key pad module (14).
Disconnect harness assembly (12). Remove screws (10) and lever group (13).

Disconnect harness assembly (17). Remove nuts (15) and key pad module (20).
Disconnect harness assembly (). Remove lock nut (16) and horn switch (22).
Disconnect harness assembly (19). Remove the lock ring and emergency stop switch (21).

Disconnect connectors (24), (25), and (26). Remove nuts (23) and key pad module (30).
Disconnect harness assembly (28). Remove nuts (27) and key pad module (29).
