(4) Correction/3D MapRefer to Table 1 to determine the calibrations to perform after parts have been changed. Refer to Special Instruction M0082996 for the calibration procedures.The calibration of the sensors relates specific sensor values to the calibration values for a unique machine and the configured measurement settings for the system to produce an accurately functioning system. These calibrations depend on the sensor mounting, fixed linkage measurements, and the linkage settings. Changing any of the underlying parameters of these calibrations may invalidate the calibration values produced.The calibrations for the GRADE system are listed below:

Bucket Sensor CalibrationThe IMU's used by the excavator must be properly identified for the system to function properly. Replacing an IMU can disrupt the identified locations for each device. If an IMU is replaced, the IMU Identification procedure must be completed.The Chassis Angle Sensor Calibration calibrates both the Body IMU and the Swing Sensor.The Boom IMU Calibration calibrates the angle of the Boom IMU.The Stick IMU Calibration calibrates the angle of the Stick IMU.The Bucket Linkage Sensor Calibration calibrates the angle of the Bucket AMR Sensor.A completed Bucket Measure-Up will populate all the dimensions for the selected work tool.Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Assist and E-Fence" for the detailed procedure to calibrate the assist system.Refer to , M0082996 for the GNSS set-up procedures.Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Production Measurement Application" for the detailed procedure to calibrate the production measurement application.
