Remove 194-7632 Elbow As (D). Save the part. This elbow assembly will be reused.

Remove 155-7321 Adapter As (E). Save the part. This adapter assembly will be reused.

Install new 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal on 3T-4965 Adapter that was saved in Step 3. Install adapter assembly (B) in the upper port.Note: The 3T-4965 Adapter is a part of 148-8312 Adapter As (B) .

Install a new 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal on the 6V-1722 Adapter that was saved in Step 6. Install adapter assembly (E) to adapter assembly (B) .Note: The 6V-1722 Adapter is a part of 155-7321 Adapter As (E) .

Install new 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal on 6V-7238 Shutoff Valve that was saved in Step 4. Install shutoff valve (C) to adapter assembly (E) .Note: The 6V-7238 Shutoff Valve is a part of 165-2273 Shutoff Valve Gp (C) .
Install the heater hose on the shutoff valve (C). There should be adequate length to pull the heater hose to this new position.

Install new 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal on new 341-0103 Connector (1) and install this assembly in the lower port.

Install new 6V-5063 O-Ring Seal on new 245-1400 Elbow (2). Install the elbow (2) to the connector (1) .
Install the shunt tank return line to the elbow (2) .Rework Procedure for Shunt Tank Update
Locate the shunt tank return line and remove the return line from the tank.

Remove 148-8363 Elbow As (A) from the tank.Note: Use a 7/8 inch (22 mm) crow foot to facilitate the removal and installation of the elbow in this location.

Install new 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal on 194-7631 Elbow (B) that was saved in Step 5. Refer to Illustration 3.Note: The 194-7631 Elbow is the part of 194-7632 Elbow As .
Using new 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal and new 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal , install new 233-8513 Connector (3) into 194-7631 Elbow (B). Install this assembly into the shunt tank.

Install the shunt tank return line to the tank.Rework Procedure Finish
Fill the cooling system.
Run the machine and check for any leaks.
