Illustration 1 g01983593
The signal lamp will flash during the whole greasing cycle. When a malfunction occurs, the lamp that is flashing switches to a malfunction report. The single test cycle ends after the cycle is completed or if the contact switch is turned off. When the contact switch is turned on again the program will always begin with the pause phase of the cycle that was interrupted.Continuous Test Cycle
Follow the procedure below in order to activate a continuous test cycle:
Turn on the contact switch
Push the test push button on the pump for at least six seconds.
Illustration 2 g01983593
The system will start a pumping phase. After the first phase has ended, the second pumping phase will immediately begin. The signal lamp flashes during the whole test. When a malfunction occurs, the flashing of the signal lamp will switch to a malfunction report. In order to stop the continuous test cycle, turn off the contact switch. When the contact switch is turned on again the program will always begin with the pause phase of the cycle that was interrupted.Bleeding the System
Note: Check that the system has no pressure, before the system is opened.
Make sure that enough grease is in the grease reservoir.
Remove the end plugs that are at the end of every branch of the greasing system.
Turn off the contact switch
Press the test push button of the pump for at least six seconds (continuous test cycle). Because the end plugs are removed, no grease pressure is built up. When the maximum pumping time has past, the system switches automatically to the other primary grease line. This is repeated until the contact switch is turned off.
Turn off the contact switch when grease only with no air bubbles comes from the appropriate channels.
Reassemble the end plugs into the distribution blocks.
Repeat Step 4, Step 5, and Step 6 until all branches of the greasing system are bled.
Perform a single test cycle twice in order to check that the greasing system functions correctly.
