Assemble fuel nozzle group (4) by using the following procedure:
Install check valve (7) on pipe (10) .
Install adapter (9) on check valve (7) .
Install nozzle (8) .
Install flame ring (5) and tighten screw (6). Position the flame ring 1.5 mm (0.060 inch) to 3.1 mm (0.125 inch) behind the nozzle.

Connect blower motor assembly (1) and fuel nozzle group (4) on upper chamber assembly (3), and install two bolts (2) .End By:
Install the burner group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Burner Group (Main) - Install".
Install the burner group (extender). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Burner Group (Extender) - Install".
