Install 9X-9966 Pressure Switch

Existing installation of pressure switch. Bottom view of operator platform. (1) 9C-7917 Tube As (2) 6M-6853 O-Ring Tee (3) 9C-3652 Tube As (4) 3E-5157 Pressure Switch (5) 8C-6876 Bolt (6) 5P-4116 Hard Washer (7) 4E-8948 Block (8) 030-7942 Elbow (9) 8J-9990 Orifice Plug (10) 7V-1038 Hose As
Remove tube assembly (3) from pressure switch (4) and O-ring tee (2). Tube assembly (3) will not be reused.
Disconnect tube assembly (1) from O-ring tee (2) .
Remove bolts (5) and hard washers (6) used to mount block (7) to the bottom of operators platform. Use these bolts and washers again to install the new block.Disconnect the machine harness from pressure switch (4) and remove O-ring tee (2), pressure switch (4), block (7), elbow (8), and orifice plug (9) from hose assembly (10) as a unit.

Remove O-ring tee (2) from orifice plug (9). Disassemble orifice plug (9) and elbow (8) from block (7) and install into new block (13) using 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal .
Install new check valve (11) into orifice plug (9) using one 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal .
Install new pressure switch (12) to block (13) using 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal. Tighten to 40 5 N m (30 4 lb ft). Connect the machine harness to new pressure switch (12) .
Connect tube assembly (1) to check valve (11) .
Connect hose assembly (10) to elbow (8) .
Fasten block (13) to the bottom of the platform using bolts (5) and hard washers (6) previously removed during disassembly.
Test the machine for correct operation.
