CONVERSION GP 6R8107 - Caterpillar

1. Install tooling (A) as shown. Lift the front of the truck approximately three inches (7.6 cm) off the ground.2. Remove all except one lug nut. Loosen the last lug nut.3. Put a lift truck in position as shown.
Make sure that the tire and rim are correctly fastened to the lift truck.
4. Remove the one last lug nut. Remove the rim and tire (1). Weight of the tire and rim is 1100 lb. (495 kg).Install Front Wheel Tire And Rim
1. Put the tire and rim (1) in position on the truck. Weight of the wheel is 1100 lb. (495 kg).2. Install the lug nuts (2). Tighten the nuts to a torque of 890 40 lb.ft. (1110 55 N m).3. Remove tooling (A).
