Install two solenoids (37) on grapple valve (36) .
Install eight O-ring seals (38) on grapple valve (36) .

Install grapple valve (36) .
Install three shims (35) .

Install ball (33) in rotate valve (20). Tighten seat (34) to a torque of 14 2 N m (125 18 lb in).
Install valve (32) and seals in rotate valve (20). Tighten valve (32) to a torque of 14 2 N m (125 18 lb in).
Install two plugs (31) and O-ring seals in rotate valve (20) .

Install two springs (30) and sleeve (29) in rotate valve (20) .
Install plug (28) and seal in rotate valve (20) .
Install the nut, two retainer and spring (25) on spool (26) .
Install spool (26) in rotate valve (20) .
Install the nut, two retainers, and spring (27) in rotate valve (20). Tighten the nuts on springs (25) and (27) to a torque of 11 1.5 N m (100 13 lb in).

Install two housings (24) and O-ring seals on rotate valve (20) .
Install five bolts (23). Tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 8 1 N m (70 9 lb in).
Install two solenoids (21) on rotate valve (20) .
Install eight O-ring seals (22) on rotate valve (20) .

Install rotate valve (20) .
Install three shims (19) .

Install ball (17) in swing valve (4). Install seat (18) and seals in swing valve (4). Tighten seat (18) to a torque of 14 2 N m (125 18 lb in).
Install valve (16) and seals in swing valve (4). Tighten valve (16) to a torque of 14 2 N m (125 18 lb in).
Install two relief valves (15) and seals in swing valve (4). Tighten two relief valves (15) to a torque of 70 7 N m (50 5 lb ft).

Install two springs (14) and sleeve (13) in swing valve (4) .
Install plug (12) and seal in swing valve (4) .
Install the nut, two retainers and spring (9) on spool (10) .
Install spool (10) in swing valve (4) .
Install the nut, two retainers and spring (11) in swing valve (4). Tighten the nuts for springs (9) and (11) to a torque of 11 1.5 N m (100 13 lb in).

Install five bolts (7). Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 8 1 N m (70 9 lb in).

Install cover (2) .
Install three nuts (1) and the washers. Tighten nuts (1) to a torque of 27 5 N m (240 44 lb in).End By: Install the control valve (swing boom). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Grapple Control Valve (Swing Boom) - Install".
