2. Disconnect two electrical wires (1). 3. Disconnect electrical connector (2) and remove spring (3). 4. Remove nut (5) and remove rod (4) from bell crank (6). 5. Remove four truss head screws (7) and cover (8). 6. Remove four bolts (9) and remove the governor/decelerator and brake control from the cab. Install the governor/decelerator and brake control in the reverse order.Disassemble Governor Control & Decelerator Group
Start By:a. remove governor/decelerator and brake control 1. Loosen bolt (3) and remove lever (1) from shaft (2). Loosen bolt (5) and remove pedal (6) from shaft (4). 2. Remove key (7) from shaft (2) and remove housing (8) from shaft (2). 3. Remove four socket head bolts (11) and spacer (12) securing cover (10) to housing (13) and remove cover (10) and plate (9) with two gaskets from housing (13). 4. Remove plate assembly (16), two rollers (17), two springs (18), spring (15), shaft assembly (2) and spring (14) from cover (10). 5. Remove spring (19), and remove tie warp
