2. Fasten a hoist to exhaust manifold assembly (1).3. Remove the bolts that hold the exhaust manifold to each cylinder head.4. Remove exhaust manifold (1) and the gaskets from the engine. The weight of the exhaust manifold is 68 kg (150 lb).5. Do Steps 2 through 4 for the opposite side of the engine. The following steps are for installation of the exhaust manifolds.6. Fasten a hoist, and put exhaust manifold assembly (1) and the gaskets in position on the engine. The gaskets can be fastened to the exhaust manifold ports with tag wire, or short 3/8" - 16 NC studs can be used as guide bolts for alignment at the engine.7. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the bolts, and install them to hold the exhaust manifolds to the cylinder head assemblies. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 7 N m (41 5 lbft).8. Do Steps 6 and 7 for the opposite side of the engine.9. Put the exhaust manifold shields in position, and install the bolts that hold them in place.End By:a. install turbochargers
