Open the left side engine door.

Position bracket assembly (1) out of the way.
Disconnect harness assemblies (2) and (3) .
Disconnect hose assemblies (6) and (4) .
Remove bolts (7) and remove fuel manifold (5) .

Remove fuel pressure sensor (12). Remove connectors (9), (10 ), and filter connector (8) .
Loosen cartridge assembly (14) and remove solenoid assembly (11) .
Remove nut (17), washer (16), and coil (15) .
Remove O-ring seals (13) from cartridge assembly (14) .Installation Procedure
Install fuel manifold (5) in the reverse order.
Tighten nut (17) to a torque of 20 2.5 N m (177 22 lb in).
Tighten cartridge assembly (14) to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
Tighten filter connector (8) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft)
Tighten connectors (9) and (10) to a torque of 17 1.5 N m (150 13 lb in)
Tighten fuel pressure sensor (12) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft).
Tighten hose assembly (6) to a torque of 27 3 N m (20 2 lb ft).
