Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact the skin. Be sure that the engine and components are cool enough to touch with your bare hand prior to performing any service work.
1. Mark and identify all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Disconnect tube assembly (1) and hose assembly (3) from accumulator charging valve (2). Cap and plug all connections to avoid system contamination. 2. Disconnect tube assemblies (4) from accumulator charging valve (2). 3. Remove two bolts (6), the washers, and accumulator charging valve (2) from the front frame assembly. The following steps are for the installation of the brake accumulator charging valve.4. Make sure all components of the brake accumulator charging valve are clean of dirt and foreign material prior to installation.5. Check all components for wear or damage, and replace if necessary. 6. Install accumulator charging valve (2), two bolts (6), and the washers to the front frame assembly. 7. Connect tube assemblies (4) to accumulator charging valve (2). 8. Connect hose assembly (3) and tube assembly (1) to accumulator charging valve (2).9. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids. Make sure the outside of the accumulator charging valve group is thoroughly clean prior to disassembly. Mark and identify all the components of the accumulator charging valve for assembly purposes. 2. Remove nut (2), plug (3), O-ring seal (4), spring (5), poppet (6), and body (7) from accumulator charging valve housing (8).3. Remove plug (9) and O-ring seal (10) from accumulator charging valve housing (8). 4. Remove plug (11), O-ring seal (12), spring (13), poppet (14), ball (15), and spool (16) from accumulator charging valve housing (8). 5. Remove plug (23), O-ring seal (24), spacer (22), spring (21), body (20), and ball (19) from accumulator charging valve housing (8).6. Remove body (17) and two O-ring seals (18) from accumulator charging valve housing (8). 7. Remove plug (25), O-ring seal (26), spring (27), body (28), valve (29), two O-ring seals (30), body (31), and spring (32) from accumulator charging valve housing (8). 8.
