Follow the recommended procedure for removal and installation of tires and or wheel assemblies.Ensure that the machine and tire and or wheel assembly are properly supported at all times.Improper procedures that are used to remove and install tires and or wheel assemblies can result in personal injury or death.

Raise the lift arms and position the cylinder lock (1).

Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the machine.
Use suitable blocking in order to support the machine.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (2). The weight of tire and rim (2) can be up to approximately 125 (275 lb). Remove lug nuts (3). Remove tire and rim (2). Installation Procedure

Use a suitable lifting device to install tire and rim (2). The weight of tire and rim (2) can be up to approximately 125 (275 lb). Position tire and rim (2) and install lug nuts (3).

Tighten the lug nuts according to the pattern in Illustration 5. Torque the lug nuts to 163 7 N m (120 5 lb ft).

Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the machine. Remove the suitable blocking and lower the machine.
