Use Tooling (A) and a hoist to install engine (27) in the machine. Install four mounts (25) and the sleeves on the mounting brackets. Install two bolts (24) and two bolts (26). Tighten the four bolts to a torque of 217 N m (160 lb ft).

Install the six hoses on the vibratory and auxiliary pumps (23) .
Install the seven hoses on conveyor pumps (22) .
Install the 15 hoses and the two electrical connectors on propel pumps (21) .

Install ground strap (20) and nut (19) on the starter.

Position bracket (19) and install the two bolts.

Install drain hose (17) and tighten hose clamp (16) .
Install four hose assemblies (15) on generator pump (14), if equipped.
Install two clamps (13) that fasten hose assembly (10) and hose (12) to the engine.

Install hose assembly (10) .
Install hose (12) and tighten hose clamp (11) .

Connect electrical connector (9) .
Install ground wire (8) and the nut on the ground post.

Install bracket (7) and bolt (6). Position the wiring harness on bracket (7) and install the cable straps.
Install reel assembly (5) and two bolts (4) .
Install bracket (2) and four bolts (3) .

Install bracket (1) and the bolt.End By:
Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove and Install".
Install the exhaust (muffler). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust (Muffler) - Remove and Install".
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
