Loosen four clamps (12). Slide sleeve (11) in order to disconnect tube assembly (10). Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Disconnect two tube assemblies (14) .

Remove bolt (21), the washer, and the clamp.
Disconnect electrical connector (20) .

Disconnect hose assembly (22) from top radiator tank (24) .
Loosen clamp (23) and disconnect hose assembly.
Loosen two clamps (25) and disconnect hose assembly.
Loosen two clamps (26) and slide the rubber sleeve toward the front of the machine in order to disconnect the tube assembly.

Disconnect hose assembly (27) .

Install Tooling (A), as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting chains to Tooling (A), as shown.

Remove bolt (28) and the washer.

Use the hoist in order to carefully remove radiator guard (32). The weight of the radiator guard is 1270 kg (2800 lb).
