Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hydraulic tank.

Remove temperature sensor (1).
Remove plug (9), O-ring seal (8), nuts (7), body (6), seal (5), valve (4), spring (3), and guide (2).

Remove cap assembly (13), retaining ring (15), and strainer assembly (17).
Remove nuts (10) and the washers. Remove cover assembly (11) and filter assembly (14) as a unit. Remove O-ring seal (12). Remove filter assembly (14) from cover assembly (11).
Remove breaker valve (16).

Remove nuts (18), tube assembly (19), and O-ring seal (20).

Remove nut (22), retainer (24), elements (21), and spacer (25) from stud (27).
Remove O-ring seal (23) from retainer (24).
Remove spring pin (26) from stud (27).

Remove bolts (28), cover (29), and the gasket.

Remove base assembly (31) and bracket (32). Remove tube assemblies (30) and (33).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove bolts (34), flange (35), screen assembly (36), spring (37), and valve (38) from base assembly (31).

Remove nut (41), washer (40), and screen assembly (39) from tube assembly (30).

Remove nuts (47), washers (46), retainer (45), plate (44), grommet (43), and glass (42) from the tank assembly.
