Turn off the air supply to the dosing cabinet.
Disconnect the air supply from the dosing cabinet.

Remove front panel (1) and panel (2).

Disconnect harness assemblies (3) and (4).

Remove bolts (6) and remove air manifold (5).

Remove air inlet screen (7).

Remove regulator (8). Remove O-ring seals (9).

Remove solenoid (10). Remove O-ring seals (11).

Remove pressure sensor (12). Remove O-ring seal (13). Installation Procedure
Install air manifold (5) in the reverse order of removal.
Use Tooling (A) to lubricate the O-ring seals.
Tighten pressure sensor (12) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Tighten solenoid (10) to a torque of 60 5 N m (44 4 lb ft).
Tighten regulator (8) to a torque of 140 14 N m (103 10 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of air inlet screen (7) and install air inlet screen (7) with the arrow pointing towards the dosing cabinet.
