1. Loosen the clamps, and disconnect the breather hose from breather (3).2. Remove bolts (2), valve cover (1) and the gasket from the valve cover base.3. Install a new gasket on the valve cover if needed.4. Put valve cover (1) and the gasket in position on valve cover base. 5. Install the bolts that hold valve cover (1) in place. Tighten the bolts in the number sequence shown to a torque of 14 3 N m (10 2 lb. ft.).6. Connect the breather hose to the breather (3) on the valve cover, and tighten the clamps which hold it.
