Remove the fan.

Remove bolt (1) and washer (2) .

Use Tooling (A) in order to separate fan hub (3) from piston motor (4) . Remove fan hub (3) .

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device in order to turn over the fan and fan guard assembly. The weight of the fan and fan guard assembly is approximately 612 kg (1350 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto piston motor (4) . The weight of piston motor (4) is approximately 200 kg (440 lb).
Remove bolts (5) and remove piston motor (4) .Installation Procedure
Install piston motor (3) in the reverse order of removal.
