Removal Procedure
Open the hood of the machine.

Remove the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guard - Remove and Install" in this manual.
Remove bolts (1) and the washers that hold fan shroud (2) to the radiator. Move the fan shroud toward the engine.

Note: Do not damage the radiator core during the removal of the fan.
Remove four nuts (3) .
Carefully remove fan (4) .Installation Procedure
Check the fan for damaged blades or broken blades. Check the condition of the hub area of the fan. If the fan is damaged, use a new part for replacement.Note: Do not damage the radiator core during the installation of the fan.

Carefully position fan (4) on the fan drive.
Install the four nuts (3) .

Position fan shroud (2) against the radiator. Install the washers and bolts (1) that hold the fan shroud to the radiator.
Install the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guard - Remove and Install" in this manual.
Close the hood of the machine.
