1. Remove the bolts and guard (1) from the push arms.2. Remove the clamp that holds oil lines (2) in place on the push arms. Pull the oil lines away from the push arms. 3. Fasten straps (3) and a hoist to push arms (4) as shown. 4. Remove pin (6) and pin (5) that holds the push arms to the dozer blade. 5. Remove bolts (8) and cap (7) that hold the push arms to the trunuion. Remove the push arms. The weight of the push arms is 426 kg (936 lb.).Install Push Arms
1. Put push arms (2) in position on trunnion (1). 2. Install cap (4) and bolts (3) that hold the push arms to the trunnion. 3. Make an alignment of the push arms to the dozer blade. Install pin (5) and the pin that holds the push arms to the dozer blade. 4. Install guard (6) on the push arms.end by:a) install tip and tilt cylinders
