NEXG4521 includes a Master and a Slave Module and the Operating Manual, SEHS9343. These modules contain the program for EPTC II on Off Highway Trucks and for the 777C EUI Engine. Also included is the NEEG2500 Pocket Card with a description of the fault codes.
The ECAP and related tooling is required to read the shift counters and the events stored in EPTC II. In addition, troubleshooting is easier with the ECAP because it adds a description to any fault codes. All other functions, such as programming of the top gear limit, can be done with the toggle switches on the truck.
