CORE AS-RADIATOR 2473906 - Caterpillar

1. Disconnect wire (1) on the lower left side of the instrument panel. 2. Remove bolt (2) that holds clamp (3) in position below the floor. Remove clamp (3).3. Disconnect wire harnesses (4) that have a location below the floor. 4. Remove eight screws (5) that hold the instrument panel in position on the dash. Pull instrument panel (6) forward away from the dash. 5. Remove three bolts (7) that hold panel (8) in place in the dash. 6. Remove nuts (9). Remove clamp (11). Remove ground wires (10).7. Remove nut (15) and washers (14) from EMS plug (16). Remove plug (16) from the dash.8. Remove plate (13) and grommet (12). Pull wire harnesses (4) through the hole in the dash. Remove instrument panel (6) and panel (8) from the machine. The following steps are for the installation of the instrument panel.9. Push the wire harnesses through the hole in the dash. 10. Install grommet (12) and plate (13).11. Put EMS plug (16) in position in the dash and install washers (14) and nut (15) to hold the plug in place.12. Install clamp (11) and ground wires (10) to the studs as shown. 13. Install panel (8). 14. Put instrument panel (6) in place on the dash and install the eight screws that hold it to the dash. 15. Install clamp (3) that holds wire harness (4) in position. Connect wire harness (4). 16. Connect wire (1) on the lower left side of the instrument panel.
