Information:

1. Loosen hose clamp (1).2. Remove four bolts (2) while supporting bonnet. Remove bonnet (3). 3. Remove elbow (4) to-radiator retaining bolts.4. Remove tube (5) to-radiator retaining bolts.5. Attach hoist to temperature regulator housing (6) and remove temperature regulator housing-to-radiator side guard retaining bolts. Remove assembly (6)-weight 100 lbs. (45,4 kg).6. Remove fan assembly (7).7. Remove top row of bolts (8), and bottom row of bolts (9). 8. Remove baffle (10) and aftercooler retaining bolts (11). 9. Remove baffle (12). 10. Attach hoist, remove remaining aftercooler-to-radiator assembly retaining bolts, and carefully remove aftercooler-weight 300 lbs. (136 kg).Install Aftercooler
1. Position aftercooler on radiator and install the retaining bolts.2. Install baffles.3. Install fan assembly.4. Install temperature regulator housing assembly.5. Connect tube and elbow-to-radiator.6. Install bonnet and tighten hose clamp.concluding step: a) install radiator assembly
