Start the engine. Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Stop the engine.

Install suitable cribbing in order to block idler outward.

Release the tension on the track assembly buy turning valve (1) out 3/4 of a turn. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Adjustment - Adjust".

Raise machine in order to install Tooling (A).

Use two people remove track guides (2). The weight of track guides (2) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb).

Install a suitable lifting device to lower the hydraulic track adjuster (3). The weight of hydraulic track adjuster (3) is approximately 39 kg (85 lb)

Remove bolts (3) from the hydraulic track adjuster.

Lower hydraulic track adjuster (3) from roller frame (5). Remove hydraulic track adjuster (3). Installation Procedure
Install hydraulic track adjuster (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Adjust the tension on the track assembly. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Adjustment - Adjust"
