At operating temperature, the engine coolant is hot and under pressure.Steam can cause personal injury.Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the fill cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Remove the fill cap slowly to relieve pressure.Cooling system conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change " for the correct draining and filling procedures.
Drain the diesel exhaust fluid into a suitable container for storage or disposal.

Disconnect harness assembly (1). Cut cable straps (2).

Remove handrail (3).

Remove overflow catch (4).

Remove cover (5) and step (6).

Remove bolts (7). Cut cable straps (8).

Use a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to remove tool compartment (9). The weight of tool compartment (9) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

Disconnect fluid lines (10). Disconnect harness assembly (11).

Disconnect fluid lines (12) and (13).

Remove bolts (15) and the tank straps. Remove diesel fluid module and tank (16). Installation Procedure
Install diesel fluid module and tank (16) in the reverse order of removal.
Install Tooling (B) on the O-ring seals when installing the fluid lines.
