Ensure that all electrical power for the jacket water heater is turned to the OFF position.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or for disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

Disconnect hoses (1) and disconnect the harness assembly that connects to the thermostat assembly (not shown).
Remove clamp assemblies (2) and remove jacket water heater (3) .Installation Procedure

Position jacket water heater (3) and install clamp assemblies (2) .
Connect hoses (1) and connect the harness assembly that connects to the thermostat assembly (not shown).
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
Ensure that all electrical power for the jacket water heater is turned to the ON position.
