Position shaft (8) and install roll pin (9).

Apply 54 gram (1.90 oz) of Tooling (A) to bearings (5) and (7). Install bearing (7) and spacer (6). Use Tooling (A) to fill the area around spacer (6) half full. Install bearing (5). Use Tooling (B) to install lip seal (4).

Install pulley assembly (3), the washer, and bolt (2). Tighten bolt (2) to 55 10 N m (41 7 ft)

Fill cap (1) 50% with Tooling (A) and install.End By:
Install the belt tensioner. Disassembly and Assembly, "Belt Tensioner - Remove and Install".
