Connect two hose assemblies (24) .
Install the bolt and washer (23) .

Install all hardware that retains hose assemblies (16) and (17) to the frame. Connect hose assemblies (16) and (17) .

Turn valve (15) to the ON position.

Connect cable assembly (12). Install bolt (10) and nut (11).

Install cover (9), bracket (8), and bolts (7) .

Install all the hardware that retains hose assemblies (2) to frame (3). Connect five hose assemblies (2) .

Remove Tooling (B) from hydraulic tank (1).

Remove the lock pin.
Remove Tooling (A) from the front of the wheels.
Fill the cooling system. The capacity of the cooling system is 47 L (12.4 US gal).
Check the level of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank.
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.End By:
Install the pump drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pump Drive Shaft - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the ripper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ripper - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
