Turn off the machine on level surface and attach lockout-tag out equipment.
Isolate the structure from all electronic components by disconnecting all wiring harnesses leading to the Fracture Pump Control (FPC) box and the battery.
Repair (reweld) any cracks present in radiator support structure.
Grind and clean all surfaces of the tubular joint and gusset plates in the locations the welding will occur.
Position the gussets according to drawing provided in the kit. Refer to illustration 1
Secure the gusset to the frame with clamps.
Tack weld the gusset in all four corners
Remove the clamps
Complete the welds around the gussets according to the drawing provided in the kit.
After the repaired area has cooled, inspect, clean, and repaint the repaired areas.Optional Gusset Procedure
Note: This procedure requires removal of the radiator from the chassis frame.
Complete the "Gusset Procedure" steps above prior to completing this procedure.
Turn off the machine on a level surface and attach lock-out tag out equipment.
Drain all fluids from the radiator. Remove any objects that are attached to the radiator.

(A) Lifting points
Attach a suitable lifting device to the radiator lift points (A) .
Slowly raise the lifting device until chains or straps are snug.

Underside view of the radiator. (3) Fan guard bolts
Remove the sixteen bolts (3) that attach the fan guard to the fan shroud box.

(4) Fan shroud box to subframe bolts.
Remove the seven bolts (4) that attach the fan shroud box to the subframe at the four corners.
Lift the radiator off the substructure to separate the radiator and fan.
Place the radiator on suitable chocks that will support the radiator fully and not cause damage.
