Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Attach a suitable lifting device and attach Toolings (B), (C), and (D) to radiator guard assembly (13). The weight of radiator, radiator guard, and oil cooler (13) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb).
Position radiator guard assembly (13) .

Install bolts (14) .

Connect hose (12). Tighten clamp (11) .

Connect hose (10). Tighten clamp (9) .

Position refrigerant accumulator (8) on the radiator. Install the spacers and bolts (7) .

Install Tooling (A) onto hydraulic tank (3). Attach an air supply hose onto Tooling (A). Apply 276 to 414 kPa (40 to 60 psi). This procedure will pull a vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Connect hose assemblies (6). Connect harness assembly (5) and install new strap (4). Remove Tooling (A) .

Install plate (1). Connect clamp (2) .
Fill the coolant system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".End By:
Install the bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove and Install".
Install the fan and the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Fan Guard - Remove and Install".
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
Install the front sweep. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sweep - Remove and Install".
