Removal Procedure
Start By:
Release the system pressure.
Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect harness assembly (3) and hose assemblies (4). Disconnect hose assembly (1) and the O-ring seals.

Loosen the clamps and disconnect hose assemblies (6).

Disconnect hose assemblies (7) and tube assemblies (8).

Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (9). The weight of hydraulic tank (9) is approximately 213 kg (470 lb).
Remove bolts (10) from the bottom of hydraulic tank (9). Remove hydraulic tank (9).

Remove bolts (12) and manifold (11). Remove bolts (13) and tube assembly (14).Installation Procedure
Install hydraulic oil tank (9) in the reverse order of removal.
