PROBLEM
The 3290782 Mount Assemblies and 2886824 Mount Assemblies need to be reworked on certain R3000H and R2900G Underground Load Haul Dump machines. The two bolts in the mount assemblies may not have been installed at the factory and tightened to the correct torque.
