Move all control levers in all positions to remove the pressure from the hydraulic lines.
2. Remove step (1).3. Disconnect hose assemblies (2) and (3) at the stabilizer cylinder. 4. Fasten a nylon strap and hoist to stabilizer cylinder (5).5. Remove pins (4) and (6) and remove stabilizer cylinder (5). The weight of the stabilizer cylinder is 52 kg (115 lb.).Install Stabilizer Cylinders
1. Fasten a nylon strap and hoist to stabilizer cylinder (1), put the stabilizer cylinder (1) in position on the machine frame and stabilizer and install pin (2), bolt and nut in the head and rod ends of the cylinder. 2. Connect hose assembly (4) to stabilizer cylinder (1).3. Connect hose assembly (5) and the clip to stabilizer cylinder (1).4. Install step (3) on stabilizer cylinder (1).5. Start the machine and check the hydraulic tank oil level. See the MAINTENANCE GUIDE.
