The OMM documentation should be consulted in order to determine the type of WAVS that is installed upon the machine.Power is supplied to the system when the operator turns the key switch to the ON position. Each indicator LED on the display will blink once as the self-test is executed. If the system passes the self-test, then the view of a camera will appear on the display. As stated in the "Configuration" section of this document, "Manual" mode has been disabled for use in single camera systems. However, "Manual" mode is available for multi camera systems.Refer to the "Configuration" section of this document for information about the process in order to enable the "Manual" mode if needed.Safety
In order to perform some of the procedures that are listed in the "Troubleshooting" section, it will be necessary to follow the safety procedures that are listed in the "Systems Operation General Information - Safety" section. In addition to the "Systems Operation General Information - Safety" section information, in order to gain safe access to the WAVS components that are toward the rear of the machine, for example, in an Off Highway Truck (OHT), the bed of the truck will have to be raised and the safety cable installed.
