Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear and damage. Replace the O-ring seals, if necessary.

Install O-ring seals (8) on cartridge (7) .

Position bracket assembly (6) and install bolt (5). Install cartridge (7) .

Position solenoid (4) and install nut (3). Tighten nut (3) to a torque of 9.0 0.5 N m (80 4.4 lb in).

Position valve group (2) and install bolts (1) .
