PROBLEM
The existing blower bearing can overheat and fail on certain MT5300D Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing blower bearing fails it can cause the electric drive cooling system to become inoperable. Potential damage within the electric drive system itself may result. Average failure of the current bearing assembly is at approximately 3,000 SMU.
