System Maintenance
The system requires little maintenance. Occasionally, adjustments are necessary.The following items should periodically be performed.
When maintenance of the hydraulic system on the machine is carried out, calibration of the valves may be required.
Inspect the cables daily in order to make sure that the cables are not cut or pulled during operation. Repair the cables or replace the cables if the cables are damaged.
Periodically inspect the drain holes for clogging.
Routinely check the calibration of the cross slope sensor calibration in order to ensure accurate cross slope control.Machine Maintenance

Slop in the cylinder pins for the screed
Problems with the power supplyAlways perform regularly scheduled maintenance in order to keep the machine tight and operating at peak performance.
