A     5P-3931     Anti-Seize Compound     -    Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Note: Put clean engine oil in the oil inlet of the turbocharger after assembly or before installation. This will provide lubrication during start-up and during storage.Note: Discard the nuts after use. Use new nuts for installation.
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of nuts (8) . Install the gasket and turbocharger (9) onto the exhaust manifold. Install nuts (8) . Tighten nuts (8) to a torque of 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).

Install tube assembly (7) .

Connect tube assembly (6) .
Position the harness assembly and install bolt (5) .

Note: The clamp for the combustion body group (ARD) must only be used one time. Discard the clamp for the combustion body group (ARD) after use.
Install clamp assembly (4) .

Connect harness assembly (2) and install cable straps.

Connect harness assembly (1) .End By: Install the clean gas induction valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Clean Gas Induction Valve - Install".
