Remove turbocharger.

Remove clamps (1), clamps (3), and hose assembly (2).
Remove clamps (4), clamps (6), and hose assembly (5).

Remove bolts (8), bolts (9), and elbow assembly (7).

Remove bolts (11), bolts (13), elbow assembly (10), elbow assembly (14), and hose assembly (12).

Remove bolts (16) and elbow assembly (15).

Remove nuts (18), nuts (19), studs (20), studs (21), exhaust manifold (17), and the gaskets.

If necessary, remove studs (22).Installation Procedure
Install exhaust manifold (17) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten studs (22) to a torque of 30 7 N m (266 65 lb in).Note: Torque speed should not exceed 100 rpm.
Tighten studs (21) to a torque of 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of nuts (18).

Tighten nuts (18) by hand. Tighten nuts (18) in numerical sequence shown in illustration 7 to a torque of 4 1 N m (35 9 lb in). Retighten nuts (18) to a final torque of 55 5 N m (41 40 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (B) to the bore of elbow assembly (15), elbow assembly (14), and elbow assembly (10).
Apply Tooling (C) to the O-ring seals of elbow assembly (14) and elbow assembly (10).
